Stonehouse 27 to launch new Simmer Sauces inspired by Portuguese and British Indian Cuisine at Summer Fancy Food Show

June 22, 2009 (Germantown, TN) - Stonehouse 27, a purveyor of all new authentic Gourmet Simmer Sauces and Gourmet Cooking Sauces inspired by Portuguese and British Indian cuisine, will be exhibiting for the first time at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, June 28-30th.

Inspired by the flavors and authenticity of the colonial era in India, Stonehouse 27 is an innovator with unique offerings that are more authentic than other competitors in the Indian food category. Each product from Stonehouse 27 contains no added salt, is free of refined sugar instead uses low glycemic agave nectar, uses only natural and fresh ingredients and contains no artificial preservatives. Each cooking sauce produces a healthy all natural homestyle meal that is exotic, quick and easy to prepare.

From their table in the “New Brands on the Shelf” Pavilion at the rear of aisle 5300, Stonehouse 27 will be sampling their unique simmer sauces from their line, which includes:

  • Cashews & Cream with garlic and aromatic spices - available in mild or hot
  • Cilantro & coconut with fresh herbs and lemon - available in mild
  • Dates & tamarind with roasted spices and chilies - available in hot & sweet
  • Tamarind & Garlic with tomato and fragrant spices - available in mild
  • Tomato & Chilies with warming spices and agave - available in medium

During the show, Stonehouse 27 aims to establish new retail accounts and lines of distribution - regionally and nationally - and will offer a first-time order discount of 10% to interested attendees. Stonehouse 27 is also scheduling pre-show and post-show meetings with attendees who would like to discuss the product line in a more intimate one-on-one setting.
