Buffalo wing sauce manufacturer Wing-Time has converted their foodservice pack size for broader appeal. Wing-Time’s previous foodservice size, 5 gallon pails, was the ideal size for high volume wing restaurants. “Over the years, our customers have been requesting a more user friendly size,” says Wing-Time founder, owner and sauce creator Terry Brown. “So we listened to our customers and are now packing our sauces for the foodservice industry into cases of 4 x 1 gallons.
